Gas Station Covers on their own

Looking at Gas Station covers on their own as a solitary architectural structure. Are they just for weather cover? Why are they so thick?

Beach Zorbs

Using the sea and beach as a location for rocking (a baby) to sleep whilst inside a zorb. Would be dangerous as could be swept out to sea?

Golden Gate Bridge Suicide Barrier

The Golden Gate Bridge is the most popular place to commit suicide in the entire world. The deck is approximately 245 feet above the water. After a fall of approximately four seconds, jumpers hit the water at some 76 miles per hour. At such a speed water has been determined to take on properties similar to concrete.Because of this, most jumpers die on their immediate contact with the water. The few who survive the initial impact generally drown or die ofhypothermia in the cold water.

Two Basketball Courts

Ryan McLaughin
Matt Root- Basketball Court in Plantain Ruin

I like the displacement of a functional space. Here combining chimneys and basketball nets. In the above panting explores the fluidity, flow and rapid progression and speed of the game by placing the net on the crest of a breaking wave.

Stuart Hawkins

Laundry Room

I like the composition of this piece. Mixed media put together. Could translate this composition into a performance. A starting point for a performance. I like the way the cleaning tools are laid out on the lawn. I like this as a self portrait. Reminds me of Frida Kahlo's composition.
